The chances of a Raspberries reunion looked increasingly slim by the dawn of the 21st Century. After all, a planned reunion of the original line-up failed to pan out during the late-90's, which, to many, represented the final stab at rekindling the flame.

But come late 2004, the group—singer/guitarist Eric Carmen, guitarist Wally Bryson, bassist Dave Smalley, and drummer Jim Bonfanti—were willing to give it another try, resulting in sporadic performances over the next year.

Raspberries experts Bernie Hogya and Ken Sharp decided to document it all in book form, resulting in Raspberries Tonight!

Starting with the rehearsals all the way to the actual performances (and prefaced with a bit of history), no stone is left unturned. We get setlists, post-show analysis, and oodles of photos. Along the way, we also hear from all four band members, the three new extra members that lent a hand on stage, as well as those close to the band. And the book closes with The Raspberries weighing in on the question that all fans are currently wondering—do these shows signal that the band will be doing a new album?
