Broken Wings-Sad, someone will cry, but it is early in the night.

Ebony And Ivory- we are oh-so- Politically correct

Believe... we (ladies) are all "Cher" after the second drink.

We Built This City- come on GRACE SLICK in Pearls???

Babe...Nice, sung to me by a boyfriend in high school ...happy memories

My Heart Will Go On... good.... dance/snuggle

song

The Greatest Love Of All, good...I like Dolly better

Shiny Happy People, okay... wouldn't --"Isn't it Romantic" be better??

Meat Loaf...Isn't that the anthem for any man? I'd Do Anything For Love --Good call

She Bangs... No More Ricky after the last Boat Parade!

"Fat Bottomed Girls" is truly one of the top 10 songs of all time, IMHO.....I love Freddie Mercury sometimes!

I heard a marching band play the tune recently and I was pleasantly flabergasted... given how our society prays at the altar of political correctness these days..

PS: There was a story on Yahoo about how NO ONE knows the lyrics to "Auld Lang Syne." If you always mumble through the song, study up:

Auld Lang Syne

Robert Burns

Should auld acquaintance be forgot,

and never brought to mind?

Should auld acquaintance be forgot

and days of auld lang syne?

For auld lang syne, my dear,

For auld lang syne,

We'll take a cup o' kindness yet

For auld lang syne

We twa hae run aboot the braes

And pou'd the gowans fine;

we've wander'd mony a weary foot

Sin' auld lang syne

We two hae paidled i' the burn,

Frae mornin' sun till dine;

But seas between us braid hae roar'd

Sin' auld lang syne

And here's a hand, my trusty friend,

And gie's a hand o' thine;

We'll take a cup o' kindness yet

For auld lang syne

Should auld acquaintance be forgot,

and never brought to mind?

Should auld acquaintance be forgot

and days of auld lang syne?

For auld lang syne, my dear,

For auld lang syne,

We'll take a cup o' kindness yet

For auld lang syne

My Neighbor gave the DJ a very long leash.

Way too much Latin, shake your Bon-Bon stuff in the beginning. His chain was yanked in a little bit and he switched to standards and 70's & 80's

Most of the slow dance music was EC. I do not know if the DJ bought his own or it was the one I brought as a hostess gift.

There was no Rico Suave, William Shatner, Napalm Death or Daydream Believer.

There was 30 seconds of Fergalicious before she cut him off.

We did have...I wanna Hear it from your Lips, Isn't it Romantic, Macarena, and Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off.

A very fun night with good friends.

:heartpump:
