sllvnbil
I was playing a gig earlier tonight at the Sly Fox in North Olmsted, Ohio. 2 People came up to me on my first break with 2 copies of "Raspberries Live On Sunset Strip" and a sharpe and asked me to sign my autograph above my picture on the inner sleeve! WOW,,,, I'm getting excited now!!!! I'm very flattered and humbled as well!

LC
Billy,You and the O-dubs really added a lot to this new record. Thanks for your contributions, and for caring so much about Raspberries and all their favorite bands (esp. the Beatles). As soon as the 'berries bounce back onto the tour circuit, you can expect an autograph request from me (and others, I know).... Play on! AnniekNY
Billy, I really don't think of you, Paul, and Jennifer and Goose as overdubs...I think of you as part of the band. You've been a pleasure to see and hear and I'm not surprised you had a request for your autograph.I can't wait to relive it all!!

Tiggsherby
I agree with you 100% Annie... Paul, Billy and Jennifer are Raspberries as far as I'm concerned. Without them, I think the live shows might have been a flop.
hollies65
I agree that the 'Overdubs' are indeed fine musicians....however my guess is the live show would not have been flops without them. I'm know they added quality to the show...if not the boys would not have had them on stage.
stringer
"I agree with you 100% Annie... Paul, Billy and Jennifer are Raspberries as far as I'm concerned."I second or third that, we're lucky to have such a great group of musicians. I was absolutely in heaven watching my favorite band live after all those years. Can't say enough about it!!!
marvin
No way the show would have been a 'flop' without the Overdubs. The Beatles encores in NYK were sans-Overdubs, and ok maybe those songs aren't as complicated as the 'berrries' songs, but it still showed that as the Razz4, they are a great band.Marv
stringer
Definitely not a flop, just couldn't happen, but the dubs were more than background, they brought the concert to a higher level of musicianship, to the delight of us all!!! darlene
I totally agree with Marvin. The shows would have been different, but, come on, they're RASPBERRIES, for Heaven's sake! The whole idea of Overdubs was to duplicate all the complex harmonies and vocal lines they were able to "overdub" on their records on a LIVE show. Period. The 'Dubs themselves will be the first ones to tell you that. There's no way all those elements could be reproduced live without Billy, Paul and Jennifer and they are absolute dynamite! There would never be a Raspberries flop--ever. It's just not possible, because they would never put anything out there that wasn't world class. It took so long for them to agree to do a live performance because they wouldn't go on unless they could do it up to *their* standards, and anyone who has "Live on Sunset Strip" now knows edactly what those are! --Darlene
