Tim From Wisconsin
Shouldn't this be on the Collector's Corner message board? If you have this recording on 8-Track or Reel-To-Reel, let me know. Tim

pat
ok Ron, where can I get it. I have loads of stuff if you can direct me to it.
Tony Cartmill
"Tonight" is just and average "Berries" song. The riff is just OK, the chorus is just OK. But the live versions really show off the talents of Wally, Jim and Dave. They lift an average Carmen composition up a notch.
Raspbernie
Average?!? Whoa!Bernie
Tony Cartmill
Great musicians, Great arangement, average song...I posted on the wrong thread...Ooops.
Brian Mac
Pat,I have the entire Bottom Line show which I recorded myself off the radio (there's a lot more than 8 songs). The sound quality is unbelievable. I would gladly trade you a CD copy for a copy of the Roxy show.
Bill C
Tony, I don't post much but...Tonight is a Masterpiece. As much as Go All The Way...I feel that if Tonight Had been on the First Album and Go all the Way had been on the third album...the Notoriety of both songs may have been reversed. Dougjack
I'm sure Tony meant that ALL the Berry songs are so incredibly great, that even a solid smash killer rockin' tune like Tonight is just average...for them. Yeah, that's the ticket....
darlene
Tonight is awe-inspiring from the very first chord! Tony must have made a mistake, his mind being on the upcoming surgery. Cartmill *never* errs that badly! --Darlene
Gregkevinw
.....tony, tony, tony..something has gone terribly wrong....get away from your keyboard...go lay down, but before you do put "tonight " in your cd player and push "repeat track only"......this should cure it....hope you're feeling better......
