mymooladi
I just got mine at approx. 12:00 if anyone still want to get them. They are still available. I called them because it wasn't posted on line. The guy I talked to on the phone told me to get them on line and I told him they wern't available there, so upon further research on his part I finally got the tickets. Good Luck!!June
smittie
Guess I won't be doing the meet and greet either. ALready have my $57.00 balcony seat and would pay the difference to equal the $100.00 m & g ticket price, but I don't want to buy another ticket at $100.00. Sure wish there was the option to pay the difference and still go to the m & g. It would be nice if the band would make the meet and greet open to those of us willing to pay the difference, kind of like the first show in Cleveland. Sally G
Thanks to Al, we have all the details. But, really, what a lousy way to run things. Last show I see at HOB, you can be sure of that. All The Best,Joyce
JuliaD
oh, yeah, if my intent wasn't clear on my post, I didn't mean exchange my $57.00 ticket for a $100.00 one without paying the difference, I'd definitely be willing to pay the difference.smittie, I guess we'll just have to hit those slot machines in the afternoon while everyone else is at the soundcheck... maybe we'll win enough to hire the band for a private meet and greet and we won't let anyone connected with HOB attend! frankenberrie
I too am bummed at the way HOB handled this. I would have gladly paid the hundred each, but can't afford to throw away $76 for my 2 floor tickets I already purchased.Oh well.
Argee
This plain sucks! I bought two balcony seats at 57 each and like others would make up the difference for the M&G. I guess the johnnie come lately people make out and the hard core Berry fans will sit at the slots or walk the boardwalk.
darlene
Because there was no notation as to when (or if) the M&G tickets would be sold, we bought two balcony tickets when they first came out, so we would be sure to get balcony seats. The "best available" were in Row G Section 4. Herman then found Row A balcony seats in sections 2 and 3, (not together) so we purchased those. At that time the $100 tickets had not been released for sale. So we're in Row A, with $57.00 tickets, which are not M&G. I give up trying to figure out HOB. --Darlene
JuliaD
Went there and did as instructed. Hopefully we will be able to pay the extra $$$ and go to the meet and greet, that would be great I do have a question floating around in my head tho, if we *are* able to go to the meet and greet... when I made my reservations for the room at the Showboat, they said check-in was after 3 PM (or was it 2 PM?)... if we get there in the morning, it won't be likely we'll have a room yet. Will they still let us park there, knowing we do have a reservation?
Argee
You should be able to leave you bag(s) at the bell captain even if your room is not ready. We are arriving Friday late afternoon and probaly will spend Friday night in the room resting from the 9 hour drive although I might venture down to the casino. Robin23
I agree with all that has been said about HOB...I will NEVER go to another of their shows.I also have balcony seats..and also would have GLADLY paid the difference for the M & G...but on a teacher's salary.....To all who were lucky enough to get the M & G tickets...tell the band we love them, and to keep on singing. darlene
We're just learning not to buy them so early. I wish all the HOBs were run as beautifully as Cleveland was for the reunion concert. We need more Laura Millers. --Darlene
AnneG
How can we NOT buy a ticket early???!!!

AnniekNY
what happens if you bought a M & G based on the past post-show meet and greets and can't get to the afternoon M & G due to travel constraints?
Argee
I hear the video poker machines in the HOB pay out pretty nicely or at least did last weekend.
Al K
I'll do my best to take care of Annie. KATHY - try to get Annie and I together at the show and I'll make sure she's taken care of.
AnniekNY
Thank you Mrch - I'm trying to manipulate things on my end to get there in time but *I* will not be out money if I don't make it....it's taking advantage of a kind offer from someone else....so thank you very very much for the hook up offer...I would feel like I'm cheating, y'know what I mean? mymooladi
It's probally too late, but what happens to me who bought GA tickets, them blacony, then meet and greet.I did it.. All For Love!! But let's face it I'm going broke! Before I bought the meet and greet and tried to get HOB to take the other tickets back, but they said wouldn't.June
Raspbernie
I'd like to report that the smiles from fans attending the sound check following the early afternoon meet and greet were ABUNDANT! My guess is that a good time was had by all. Where else you gonna see Wally deconstructing the guitar parts to a tune like "If You Change Your Mind" or watch Dave and Jim do an extended bass/drum jam or get the chance to see Eric sing "Let It Be" or "Golden Slumbers" at the keyboard? :-) My understanding is that San Diego might have a similar sound check / meet and greet combo but maybe Al (mrch) will give a confirmation on that one? marlene
I HIGHLY recommend the "new and improved" meet and greet experience !! What a great time we had! And you KNOW it's gotta be much nicer for the guys, too. I loved the little "behind the scenes" peek at what goes into making the sound...well, sound so GOOD ! Is there a chance that these were the first set of tickets that you purchased for the Atlantic City concert?Jeff
