Matthew C. Clark
I also have that Burton Cummings "Up Close And Alone" live unplugged CD from 1997. I didn't know that Burton could do an impression of "Gordon Lightfoot Does Maggie May". I also have his "Solo Collection" from Rhino. I do not have the four CD's that he did in 1976-1980 that have been reissued (Burton Cummings, My Own Way To Rock, Dream Of A Child & Woman Love). Also worth checking out is The Guess Who's "Runnin' Back Thru Canada" (2 CD set) that came out last year during their 2000 comeback tour. Also worth seeking out is The Guess Who's "This Time Long Ago" (2 CD set) a collection of unreleased material & demos from 1965-1968. Randy Bachman saved the tapes for a long time. I wished that The Guess Who can come over to Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan but who knows. That is all the information. Christine
Hi Gang. Eric WAS the main reason I WAS going to go to this "A Walk Down Abbey Road", since we can't have the Beatles ever again. But since the show was cancelled in Denver, I'm glad I didn't get a ticket after all. Frankly, what I think of the promoters' treatment of Eric -- well, it runs real close along the lines of what I think of Fart Modell (snake that took the Browns out of Cleveland in the middle of the night) is BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP!!!!! I figured you'd get my drift.....
