Rhonda B
Eric is looking particularly moody in that photo compared to his band mates. I really appreciate photos of him smiling. This one just stands out more.

I believe those three photos are in the song book. 1
LC
So there was a tour in the works... I knew it! Well, from the date of that fact sheet (Feb 2000), it was only another four and a half years before he hit the stage again! Worth the wait for all who took in at least one Raspberries show (or, in Bernie's case, all of 'em).
Raspbernie
LC, The band did exactly ONE rehearsal on March 24, 1999, to see if it was possible to reunite. Their decision the band made after that rehearsal was to hold off, which led to Eric doing his solo one-nighter at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as well as the tour with Ringo Starr. In preparation for the solo gig, Eric and the band he assembled (the Overdubs) played unannounced at a local club for a few nights leading up to the concert. Would have loved to have seen that. Back then, everyone didn't have a video camera in their pockets.
