Tina Turner died

Recommended Posts

Such a performer, who remained poised and statuesque throughout all the harsh abuses in her life. She certainly knew how to "rock" those high heels. I loved watching any performance from her younger days up until her senior days. Rest in peace now Tina Turner.

I do have "Proud Mary: The Best Of Ike & Tina Turner" (compilation from 1991 1 CD set), USA For Africa "We Are The World" (various artists from 1985 on CD) which has Tina doing "Total Control", duet with Bryan Adams "It's Only Love" (from Adams 1984 "Reckless" on CD), duet with Eric Clapton "Tearing Us Apart" (from Clapton 1986 "August" on CD) & finally Ike & Tina "I Think It's Gonna Work Out Fine" (from October 4, 1972 TV performance of "Here's Johnny (Carson): Magic Moments From The Tonight Show" (from late 1974 on 2 album set) but that is all that I have!!
