LC
Great chat with a great drummer! I love the opening bits, where Jim talks about the famous John Lennon photo where he's wearing a Raspberries shirt... and about his missed chance to meet Ringo. He was "crushed" that Ringo was just a few feet away from him, but he didn't want to bust in and "be a jerk." Hope he gets the chance again. (PS: I never knew that both Ringo and Jim are left-handed!)
Raspbernie
In actuality, May showed the picture of John Lennon wearing the Raspberries sweatshirt to me at one of the Raspberries reunion shows in New York City. We were talking backstage and she said she had something to show me. She pulled out her phone and scrolled to the photo and presented it to me. My eyes popped out of my head. And after I recovered from the shock of seeing it, I called Eric over so that he could see it. When I was working on designing the Live on Sunset Strip album, I asked May if I could use it in the booklet. She said, "Of course." I took it from there.

blackhawkpat
Really terrific interview. Very enjoyable and entertaining. Wish all the boys would do more podcasts and interviews. I think it would help in our attempt to get them in the Hall of Fame getting their names back out there.
