Rhonda B
Thanks for posting Matthew. As soon as I read the title of his song "Indiana wants Me" it just brought me right back to my preteens and I remember exactly what I was doing when the song was on the radio.. I loved it. These songs literally shaped all of our lives. RIP R. Dean Taylor. 1
Craig Benfer
"Indiana Wants Me" was among the first group of songs that I heard when I discovered music. The 45 was on the Rare Earth Label.
James
It is a great song, I recently bought one of his albums inspired by the song. It´s one of those special songs from that period (late 60s-ish), along with some others, that had a sound you will never hear in any other time epic. My favorite music sound of them all. Hard to define. What a sound, what a song. RIP Mr. Dean
Matthew C. Clark
Also songs like "Gotta See Jane" (hear the stereo version of that song because Taylor sings either on left or right speaker), "Ain't It A Sad Thing", "Candy Apple Red" & Taos, New Mexico".
