Snow ___?

Interesting, I always loved the 4 seasons, including winter, I skied and loved the beauty of snow and the change of seasons.

But since moving to Panamá, where the weather stays the same all throughout the year - except for the difference in rain between the rainy season and dry season - the average high is about 88, low 75. So it´s shorts and a t-shirt 365 days/year....which I love.

I´ve thus become pussified, and don´t even like the thought of being in cold weather. So much a pussy am I that I travel to the USA 3-4 times/year, only when my destination is warm

snow_____.  My answer:   is up to 12 inches on the window sills and knee deep in the long farm driveway and is still falling with extreme -40 temps all week.  (But I love it!... I was born to live here...hmm  kind of sounds like good lyrics for a song)

Rhonda you have been constructive to my world knowledge, at least reducing my ignorance. Before you came on here, I was never sure if there was human life in Saskatchewan. Now I know there is!....well, at least on person.

; )

I’ve been looking out the windows in my house and some of the piles of snow are almost as tall as some of the houses in my neighborhood It probably won’t be long until I get a bit more snow Sometimes I wish I had a dog sled to get around through all that snow and it’s probably freezing outside too 🥶

Oh James that is too funny. I'm one of I guess almost 1.2 million in Saskatchewan. Over half live in the two largest cities Saskatoon which is the largest and Regina. Wait till summer comes I will be telling you how Bloody hot it is here.. last year we had  +40 Celsius temperatures in summer which is 104 in Fahrenheit.. our Farmland is suffering so we welcome the snow for moisture. We live in what we call Extreme climate so in between winter and summer our temperatures go through a difference of almost 140° Fahrenheit.(40 below to 104 above in Fahrenheit).

Got family in Québec & Toronto, and every kid on that side of my family grew up with skates on their feet and a hockey stick in their hands.

My dad was goalie for his collegiate team that went one season undefeated.

Although he had a couple of scars from sticks getting through the old style catcher's mask that he wore, he had all of his own teeth!!  Great goalie and stellar golfer.

Needless to say, my family loves snow, dogs & horses included.  Cats, not so much.

When my parents began to date in the early fifties, Dad took Mom ice skating.  She told me that she pretended not to know how so he would hold her tight.  ❤️❤️

For my family and friends across the border... 🇨🇦🍁

Love the video! Pretty much goes with the territory here in Canada Susie. My parents cross-country skied here on their farm for years... my five brothers were in hockey ..my dad was a coach ...we don't even think anything of it ..we are born into it. And we all have homemade ice rinks here on our Farms or we find a good frozen slough somewhere on our farmland. I love the story about your parents skating... brought a smile to my face thank you.
