James
I loved it too. P.S. I saw on twitter today where Fox & Friends played "MMLC" as a segment intro, and the 3 hosts talked for a bit about the song, how great it is etc. With Eric Carmen´s now huge twitter following (and growing), and some of this new interest in him and his music, maybe the soil is healthy for a new studio album? I´d bet with some of the great older songs never released, and my belief that Eric Carmen has some great new songs in him, he could put out a gem.

This may be true but many older artist would not bother unless they were willing to embark on a major tour to make some money out of it. Hard to profit from cd's these days
James
I´d think an artist would produce music primarily because that´s what they do, and that´s what they love. Losing money would be a huge obstacle on an album project, but a financially established artist I´d think would be fine with breaking even, at least versus not making the music. My point was Eric Carmen, with his new buzz around him, might be able to put out an album without going in the red. James

kyletx500
I really enjoyed that podcast. Eric and Greg had a great rapport together. I'm also personally glad they focused on his music career rather than talking politics the whole time. I'm not a huge fan of Fox (or cable news networks in general) but Gutfeld seems like a great guy who's genuinely into music.
James
Exactly. I fundamentally watch no tv, except I try to be home for the Gutfeld show on Saturday nights. He is funny, smart, right on the issue....and the show is a hoot.

Vinnie B Trask
Best part was Eric was talking more about music than politics
