Raspbernie
The blurb I found on the article says: "Eric Carmen explains his return to songwriting, his music pet peeves and why re-mastering is worthwhile." Sounds like another great EC interview! Bernie

redd
HEY CRAIG, That's great! Maybe you will post a synopsis (of the ec article) if we ask nicely....Any magazine that has articles about BOTH Eric AND Badfinger is all right by me. Thanks, redd :)

Craig Benfer
Nice interview and even better review of the CD. One of the questions asked to Eric was what he felt about the 2005 shows and if there was consideration given to recording new music with the group. He was very diplomatic with his answer and summed it up by saying " There are reasons groups break up, and unfortunately, by the time we finished the dates that were booked, those reasons were pretty apparent." Also when asked about what we can expect in the future...." Right now, I am entertaining the idea of playing live again......" He went on to say that he is psyched to write new material because of how well Brand New Year turned out and because "writing it was very organic. It wasn't months of hard work."
