angelina
GThe only thing worse than my Jets stinking up the joint this year is the fact that my wife's Giants are playing in January. Paulie Mississippi
Interestingly, two of the quarterbacks to make it to the post season are alum's of coach Urban Meyer... Tim Tebow with his Bronco's and Alex Smith with the 49er's... Prior to this season both were considered failed prospects/suspects by their teams... and both have managed to lead their teams to the promised land, as it were... Smith of course has more experience but Tebow leads in the hype arena... Prior to the season of course, Smith was on what was likely his last chance... and Tebow was not expected to see much action, yet here they are... It's gonna be interesting to see how far they get in this January.

Tony Cartmill
The "soft" Giants are peaking at the right time.Eli is a class act...Enjoy till you play the Packers or Saints...then Tom will look as dazed and confused as Norv does every week.Congrats to the Chargers for keeping Norv Turner and killing Charger Fans with gut-wrenching losses and "just missing the playoffs" for another year. ira
Tony...No Sarcasm intended...Why is the Chargers owner enamored with Norv?
Tony Cartmill
Several Million left on contract extension...Some ownwers like to win championships, some like to maximize profits. Norv IS a good offensive coordinator...
blackhawkpat
There was a rumor circulating around Chicago what with GM Jerry Angelo getting fired and rouge OC Mike Martz resigning today that had the Bears going for Norv as OC...that was until the Chargers stunned the world and kept Norv as head coach! His brother, Ron Turner, used to be the Bears OC many years ago in two separate tenures.

angelina
Pour me ANOTHER beer...my wife's Giants kicked butt today. Congrats G & Bonnie! There's no living with that woman when the Giants win (and the Jets are home to watch).
MikeC
I was rooting for the Giants.Who would have thought the Broncos would win from passing, which they are not known for. They usually run for toucchdowns. I put money on the Broncos to win as underdogs, and the game total to go over the total ( 34 ). They won both. I thought the Steelers would win with a field goal in the final second before overtime. The Broncos scored 17 points by halftime. For the entire season, they had only scored 33 points (total) by halftime. Then, they broke the Steelers defensive record, this year, by passing over 80 yards late. No team had done that against the Steelers.
