Music our parents gave us...

The Arbors "I Can't Quit Her" & "For Emily, Whenever I May Find Her" (from The Arbors 3rd & final 1969 album "I Can't Quit Her"/"The Letter") Went to # 67 (Hot 100) in June of 1969 & their last swan song. Remake of the Blood, Sweat & Tears (Al Kooper) 1968 song & remake of the Simon & Garfunkel 1967 song. (audio only) The songs "Julie I Tried" & "Okolona River Bottom Band" (remake of the Bobbie Gentry song) failed to chart in early 1970 (Date Records released both songs on a 45 single only). Then they did commercial work from 1971 - 1991.
