missm
Being the lifelong royalist that I am and knowing the story as I do, I agree that it was an excellent film!! Of course Colin Firth is pretty easy on the eye and the ear!!
Keith Nivan
When it comes out on DVD, get it along with "The Queen" for a jolly-good BritFlick double feature."Keith"

Tony Cartmill
If there is no drug-addicted pathelogical psycho, or mass-murdering organized-crime boss, or a flamboyantly gay politician fighting the oppressive American system, or a topless hooker with a heart of gold as a main character...well,...What the Hell is this flick doin' being nominated for a "Hollywood" Oscar?Must be a fluke... ira
Tony...I think it's truly insensitive of you to pick on the poor poor Hollywood Gliterati who were so recently berated by that foreign dog Ricky Gervais.I think a little discretion on your part would be in order.Jeez..I'm suddenly struggling to get my tongue out of my cheek! Aventurine
I like Colin Firth and history! I will see this movie next month. It comes out next month in Japan.
ira
Aventurine...If you don't love it...you can curse me out soundly on a P.M. and I will not object...I think you WILL love it.
darlene
I have to disagree. It's good but I nominate "The Social Network." Of course, I'm a mite prejudiced--Jesse Eisenberg, its star, was a student in my old Frost School. I never taught him but I always loved him.I have to say that I hope he and his film win Oscars.--D
