I'm on board, too, Tim. I went to my naturopath today and he told me I'm back to rebuilding my workouts 10-15 min at a time (10-15 walking and the same of cycling, then stop.) <sigh> Water seems to be different for some reason so I'm glad for that. Ok, something is better than nothing so here we go again --- and I'll pick up some fresh fruit for the morning on an empty stomach!
