blackhawkpat
Bernie has often posted how many times he has seen false autographs of Eric on Ebay, well, be careful who you buy from! Check out this link of someone's recent feedback. Apparently, the new scam is to be legitimate for awhile, build up good feedback, then nail everyone at once and close your account! http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...d=-1&de=off
aggiesjc
I use eBay often, so this is particularly interesting/alarming. I'd love to find out if they ever catch this guy...

JuliaD
it's very likely this guy didn't close his account, ebay did. It may take a while, but I'm sure there's an investigation going on as I type. Two women (a mother and daughter no less) from my city were arrested just a few weeks ago for selling stolen items on ebay.
darlene
Do I know them? (I hope it's not someone we both know. I was thinking, jail isn't going to become a "family" affair, is it? ) --Darlene
Raspbernie
Here is a FORGED Eric Carmen autograph: SELLER: BACKSTAGEFUN This seller is one to AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE as he often posts forged Eric autographs -- usually on LPs! IMHO this signature is 100% phoney baloney. If you can see the difference between it and a real autograph (compare it to one of your own) please do not reveal the problems. The last thing I'd want is to educate this law-breaker in how to make a better forgery.Bernie
smittie
The fact that he is keeping his feedback private really says it all. Most sellers are honest, reliable and very proud of their positive feedback. Beware of those who have something to hide!!
