darlene
Thanks, Santa Bernie! Such GREAT gifts under the proverbial EC.com tree this year! I loved the HOB Blues and especially "Am I Foolin' Myself," because everytime I hear it, I am reminded what a beautiful, dynamite song it is. I'm just sorry I never got to wear Lemon Go Lightly in my hair when I was younger. Now that Christmas is over, I'm just waitin' to spend some time on that raspberry sofa... --Love, Dar
Matthew C. Clark
The song "Lemon Go Lightly" should have appeared in a "squirt" soda commercial. Matt
GMan
Thank You Bernie! I loved "The House of Anything But Blues" clip! Eric singing like Blind Lemon Jefferson...lol
Wendy-Ann
Wendy, the first year I opened the presents, I thought there was only one treat, so I stopped after the first hit! GUILTY! I look back and think, why didn't I click more? I'm click happy as is on websites! Next year, I'll know better.
Raspbernie
You know, I swear we need to have a notice page with instructions posted a few days before Christmas! I remember my first year here and missing everything because I didn't know about it and the second year I didn't know how to work everything. This is not uncommon so don't feel bad, newbies! I must admit that part of the fun for me is that some people get the presents and others don't. Kinda like life!
Wendy-Ann
I must admit that part of the fun for me is that some people get the presents and others don't. Kinda like life! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...that is like, OMGawd, so, like, ummmm, mean, Bernie! (she says in her best Cali-OC girl lingo) AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...that so sucks! FINE! I didn't want any presents anyway...and I am thankful for that one morsel of that lemony hair commercial. In fact I downloaded it and rolled around on pictures of the band while I listened to it…yeah, that’s right. I’m grateful!See, I am a woman who needs very little and that's obviously what I got, because I was so stupid! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I hate being blonde sometimes…it can interfere with my sense of logic when it comes to opening presents with no instructions! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Dayyyyam! dianed
When I started clicking away, all I was getting was a lot of coal. I really thought, for a split second, and only for a split second, that there was only one box and that one box would contain either new tour dates or a date for a solo show !! Silly me !! But, I was happy with all the goodies I found. I feel bad for the "newbies" that didn't get to see it all. Bernie, perhaps at Easter we could get Easter Eggs to crack open ?!?! Now, there's an idea ! Daisy McLintock
Bernie, perhaps at Easter we could get Easter Eggs to crack open ?!?! Now, there's an idea ! Yes great idea but the date's too far into the future!
Duane
I must admit that part of the fun for me is that some people get the presents and others don't. Kinda like life! That IS mean, Bernie...and then the boards were shut down, so we couldn't tell anybody...you must be Bad Santa Bernie...I must have been good this year because I got them all...Wendy must have been blonde...err, I mean bad because she didn't!!!Seriously...THANKS, BERNIE!!!...I especially enjoyed the Boats and Foolin' Myself clips. I remember my first year here and missing everything because I didn't know about it and the second year I didn't know how to work everything. This is not uncommon so don't feel bad, newbies! A couple of weeks ago, I did make mention to Bernie's Christmas surprise, wondering what he had in store. It was in the "Weird Message" thread. Sherberries
Daisy, thanks for acknowledging me! No, I missed the whole thing! I didn't get on here till after 9:00 CA time last night. Duane
Please, Bernie, could you redo it for New Years? Sherry I appeal to Good Santa Bernie for a repeat on New Year's Day. Those gifts were too good to be missed and you know EVERYBODY at EC.com has been good this year.

Tony Cartmill
I clicked on early Christmas morning, and it said "ec.com was closed for Christmas and to click back out of message board." I missed the whole thing because my favorites link goes right to the message board. I was too tired to search and click on other areas...Dammit! That's what happens when you volunteer to host X-mas dinner for the whole family! When it comes between me and my ec.com...NEVER AGAIN! ECatw
Santa Bernie was terrific!I was at work and started clicking away. I hope the "IS police" don't get me on this one. It was well worth any penalty that I might get. Bernie- you're the greatest!
Raspbernie
Okay...but only because I can't stand the whining! In the true spirit of Christmas...for ONE day only! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Daisy McLintock
The first present I clicked on made me laugh. It said, "You've been Bad!"Okay....I have one word -- WOW.I just heard "Boats Against The Current."A very, very beautiful song.Something about the softness and it being played during the holidays. This was just perfect for me this morning. Not too loud, not too soft, just the right melody.Santa Bernie you are the greatest Santa ever.I'm glad the nice streak came in this morning.Thank you Bernie and Raspberries/Eric for a very lovely way to begin my day. Daisy McLintock
I got to hear the LEMON song, the 2006 Raspberries REUNION, and MY GIRL ERIC CARMEN BACKING VOCALS 1975, but Boats in 2000 still takes the cake in my opinion.

LC
Bernie,About that "Boats" performance.... That was at a Ringo show, no? If so, do you know how much the band had rehearsed it? I bet some weren't familiar with it before that tour, but they sure sounded good. It's a crime that "Boats Against the Current" wasn't a Top 10 hit.... Duane
I can just picture Bernie sitting in front of his computer this morning...Good Santa on one shoulder and Bad Santa on the other...debating what to do. I'm glad Good Santa won out...I get to watch 'em again! Thanks again, Bernie...you're the best!BTW...Christmas Day, I almost didn't click on the "He Knows If You've Been Bad Or Good" square in the middle...duh! I checked all of the presents and was about to leave when I clicked it on a whim. Don't want anybody else to make that mistake...
