Matthew C. Clark
I saw Daryl Hall & John Oates at the Dow Diamond in Midland, Michigan this evening. I was there at 6:00 to get a good parking place but the doors opened at 7:00 though. They performed most of their hits except "You Make My Dreams", "Did It In A Minute", "Family Man", "Rich Girl", "So Close" & "Don't Hold Back Your Love" (their last big hit from 1991) among the songs they did NOT perform. They also did the remakes of Aretha Franklin's "Rock Steady" & the late Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On". The show started at 8:00 & ended at 9:50. I also got a guitar picker from John Oates while he was throwing them in the front crowd!! My brother Mike Clark saw Hall & Oates back in December of 1982 at the Saginaw Civic Center in Saginaw, Michigan & the opening act was Steel Breeze ("You Don't Want Me Anymore" & "Dreaming Is Easy"). austinberries
in an incredible stroke of bad luck, hall & oates cancelled their only show of the tour here in austin, tx last year (daryl hall's health issues - was it lupus, maybe?) & i didn't get to see them; looks like theyre not headed this way on the current tour

Steeler Deb
Hall & Oates were in PA earlier this spring at Bryce Jordan. I didn't get to go (had class that night) but I heard it was fantastic!!!Daryl Hall did contract Lyme disease last year and had to cancel some of their concerts.
