My collection is minimal compared to people like Danny Sidoti and Mike Miller.

Acoustic / Electric: Taylor 410CE

Acoustic / Electric: Ovation Special Edition 1985

Bass: Epiphone Violin (Paul McCartney copy)

Electric guitar: 1972 Fender Strat

That's just the guitars.

1981 Cherry Red Les Paul Standard

2002 Epiphone Casino (again in Cherry Red)

2007 Hamer Standard Black (thinking of making this one a project because I got pretty cheap and because of the crappy finish)

Black "Frankenstein" Strat with Schechter body, Schecter tele neck, and 70's vintage Fender pickups and electronics, and a Squier Sunburst Telecaster (which I bought after seeing Eric playing a Tele at the show in Waukesha).

Bass: 1966 sunburst Fender Precision and 1994 black Fender Jazz Bass

Acoustic: Epiphone and Yamaha

I'll just list my current favorites:

Gibson - '59 Les Paul reissue Cloud Nine (chambered body, weighs less than 7 pounds, sustains forever!)

Fender - '54 50th Anniversary Masterbuilt Strat;

Cunneto era ('97) Mary Kaye Strat Relic;

Cunneto era ('96-97) '51 No-Caster Relic;

recent Rory Gallagher Custom Shop Strat

Bill Nash (Seattle luthier) - Fiesta Red 50s Strat Relic; 50s Tele Relic (Butterscotch with 3rd pickup hidden under the pickguard); 50s Tele Relic (Sunburst); 50s Esquire relic'd to look like Jeff Beck's Esquire

Reverend - Hot Shot Junior (lime green, it sounds so good, it allowed me to sell my '59 Les Paul Junior); Slingshot (w/ 2 P-90s); Club King 290

An assortment of small amps, mostly Fender & tweed.......

I recently sold my last decent acoustic (Gibson J-200 from their custom shop with a flamey maple neck which was twisted, had to be re-necked), and am looking for a new one......

I gave up trying to be a 'guitar god' 20 years ago, and stuck to bass, altough I have a 10 year old Fender acoustic/electric I bang on for the odd gig around town.

But I do have a cheap & cheezy solid black Epiphone Melody Maker-lookin' thing that I use for the occasional autograph, that hangs on the wall.

My pride & joy is my '65 Hofner (righty) with Macca-specs and serial #165...meaning, it was completed on the 16th week of 1965 - which happens to be the week I was born. Everything is all original, except for the the screw holding the bottom strap post. One of the last ones made before the specs (mainly the pickups) were changed for the worse.

Whenever I play it at gigs, I average 2-3 people a year coming up to me and offering to buy it...including an Australian tourist during Beatle Week in Liverpool UK! How funny.

The other bass (for non-Beatles stuff) is a 20 year old Peavey Foundation with a marvelous rosewood neck. Can't tell you much more than that.
