Another SoCal hit!! Simi Valley checking in with #34. :):D So much for doing anything industrious tonight. After I sign off, it's feet up, a six pack of Dr. Pepper, and I'm gonna melt into my chair as thirty-two years of frustration get rocked away. Damn, life is good!!!

SWEET JESUS! This package is fantastic. Not only is this one of the BEST live albums I've ever heard and the DVD is outstanding. I can't say enough, Thank You. I can't wait to get out of work and listen to this again with a few cold ones!

Unlike Jeff (Poor4Life), my SE did arrive today! :)

Naturally, the USPS did bend things a bit, but it was just the file folder & lyric sheets that bore the brunt of postal abuse. The disc package protected by an additional CD mailer is in fine condition.

BTW, Jeff - greetings from Electric Bozo! ;)

We're leaving for Minnesota on Wednesday, won't be back in Calgary until the 25th. I fully expect the package to arrive while we're away. Too bad. It would have made great music for the car, driving the rest of the family nuts!

Hey Marv! That's exactly what I'm going to do! Heeheehee!

I've rarely posted here and have never formally introduced myself, so here goes. I listened to "Go All The Way" when I was a kid, but for some reason I really didn't grow to love Eric Carmen/Raspberries music until about 15 years ago. I had fun tracking down and listening to all the Japanese import CDs, and now I have the great Special Edition to add to my collection. Anyway, let me get on topic...

I got mine Friday (246/300) and just watched the DVD a few minutes ago. I'm enjoying the CDs now. The music's wonderful, even "Needles and Pins," a song I never really liked until I heard the Raspberries' version. If you're on the fence about getting the Special Edition, please go ahead and order it. You'll love it!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who made this CD/DVD possible. I wasn't able to attend any of the reunion concerts, so now I can at least experience some of the musical greatness.

Having accepted the fact that I wouldn't get mine til the end of the month when we got home, can you imagine how "BLOWN AWAY" I was when Al and Eric personally handed me mine at WAB. Words will never be able to describe that moment.

A special Thank You Al for thinking of me and bringing it with you.

Welcome to the board Rubber Soul (BTW, my favorite Beatles album!). Hope you decide to post more often. Hopefully, there will be more concerts coming soon.

Just some info. I loaded the DVD into my computer and right clicked on the file properties. The files were created 7-24, (by the way my wife's and my 25th wedding anniversary), manufactured, shipped to Raspberries HQ, unpackaged, repackaged, shipped and in my posession on 8-9. An amazing feat. Thanks to all involved.

So, you mean all along they weren't planning on using the proceeds to buy an island in the Bahamas to set up a casino where they could store all the equipment until they unveiled "Branson South"? All the paranoia about the late DVDs was for naught?
