Marc Nathan
I just got a ticketmaster offer for free tix for tonight. And, two of my friends did, and forwarded it to me thinking I might not have gotten it. Kinda depressing...
Tim From Wisconsin
That's a good move by the venue. If they at least get some more people in the door, they are bound to buy food, beverages, and maybe even some merchandise. It might also prompt those getting in free to attend the show with friends on Friday night at the HOB! The more people that attend these shows the better! Tony Cartmill
Old folks just can't stay up that late on a Wednesday...Maybe if there was a Lawrence Welk Tribute Concert...but these are just the Raspberries.Friday at the HOB should be a fuller crowd, as long as we get our nap in Friday afternoon... Marc Nathan
Probably wasn't that smart to book two shows within a 50 mile radius. Kinda dilutes the fan base.
BadfingerBarb
I don't think the band could have done a west coast gig without two bookings. They tried to also book the band in San Francisco but it didn't come together. I'm sure the band lowered their booking rate having the two shows in the same general area. It's not much different than playing two nights in the same venue; more work for the crew. The band has an enormous anount of overhead doing the gigs the way they have been. Donmand
I heard drummer: Jim Bonfanti is handling the Live Show bookings. Correct me if I'm wrong?DonChris Hess wrote:hate to say it,but who is their promoter/manager? lol, chris
