Jerry
An excerpt from this review-"I'm equally sure the first place I heard "Go All The Way" was on an AM car radio, which is exactly the place where this song should've been first heard. Because, if ever a song was created that was meant to be heard on an AM car radio during your high school years, "Go All The Way" was, and is, that song."I remember the first time I heard "Overnight Sensation". I was driving around Columbus, OH in my MG-B with the top down. When it came on the radio, I just felt compelled to pull into a parking lot, stop the car, and just absorb the moment. Being from Mentor, their was always a sense of hometown pride regarding the band, and after the song finished I thought to myself, OK, this is it. This is going to be the song that absolutely launches this band into the next level. I'm as mystified as anyone else on the forum as to why The Raspberries were not a bigger commercial success.
