  1. Mannoman- Your welcome. I am a little prejudice because I am good friends with her father. However, when I first heard her I was blown away by her talent. Her music and lyrics really appealed to me. To think she has only been playing gutiar for two years!
  2. I would like to see Kate Voegele open for eric. She is only 17, has a voice and song writing beyond her years, still in Bay High School, has a five song EP out and major record companies are looking at her. She has also played in L.A., Hard Rock Cafe's, Texas. etc. Check her out... www.katevoegele.com
  3. I am glad someone else sees Eric. LOL. Maybe, just MAYBE it is a dollup! Naw... I'am glad there are no psychologist's on this board. They might be coming to take me away, ha, ha, ho, ho, he, he...
  4. Bernie, thanks for clarifying that. I can now sleep at night! LOL. Leave it to me to imagine this one! Ok Now, the question, is it real whip cream or Cool Whip? The saga continues....
  5. A cow? What a mooooving experience! LOL I wonder what bernie sees or has to say.
  6. Hof63- Thx for posting the pic. You beat me to it.
  7. It looks like eric's bouffant hair then his eyebrows and mouth all in the shape of his face. I bet Bernie knows! Was the whip cream touch their take off of master scratching?
  8. Ok, am I crazy or what? I have always thought that on the vinyl album's cover, on the front inside container flap you can see a photo of a record. On this "record" there is a blob(?) of whip cream. To me it looks like Eric. Was that whip cream made to look like him or is my imagination to wild?
  9. Danny- Thx I did not know those facts either. While I mentioned that he did some great work with GF i also heard he also had a Jekyll/Hyde personality.
  10. Wow. stabbed? I had not heard that. He did some great work with Grand Funk.
  11. fYI- Just the facts... Kerry ended his quest, concluding one of the most expensive and bitterly contested races on record, with a call to the president shortly after 11 a.m. EST, according to two officials familiar with the conversation. "Congratulations, Mr. President," Kerry said in the conversation described by sources as lasting less than five minutes. One of the sources was Republican, the other a Democrat. The Democratic source said Bush called Kerry a worthy, tough and honorable opponent. Kerry told Bush the country was too divided, the source said, and Bush agreed. "We really have to do something about it," Kerry said according to the Democratic official. Kerry placed his call after weighing unattractive options overnight. With Bush holding fast to a six-figure lead in make-or-break Ohio, Kerry could give up or trigger a struggle that would have stirred memories of the bitter recount in Florida that propelled Bush to the White House in 2000. Personally, I believe that who ever is President we all need to work together for the benifit of ALL people everywhere.
  12. Iwannabebymyself- Thx for thinking of me. Just a short time ago I received the email containing the form for the reception from the HOB. PS- For some reason my email has been really slow today
  13. IWANNABEBYMYSELF- Thx for the info. I will try to be a little more patient with the HOB. I just do not want to miss out.
  14. I hear you Marvin. Maybe they at the HOB have the "Blue Flu"
  15. How long has it taken from your initial e-mail to even get a form to fax back to HOB? I sent my e-mail response and have heard nothing yet.
  16. I forgot about Simon Says. Also (LOL) "Simon says"...They were from New Jersey not Cleveland as I thought. Here is a link I found. http://www.1910fruitgumcompany.com/default.htm
  17. Ah, the 1910 Fruitgum Company. No pun intended, I love that "bubble gum" music. If I can recall correctly didn't they do "1-2-3 Red Light" and "Chewey-Chewy"? I also think they were from Cleveland, Ohio. I do remember seeing them here in a local night spot. They were popular in Spain?
  18. Cleveland has a Hard Rock Cafe and Houlihan's. Both are at Tower City Center on Public Square. Also there is Fat Fish Blue which is just off of Public Square. Fat Fish Blue has bands nightly and a Cajun cusine. Water Street Grill in the Warehouse District has a full breakfast menu along with lunch and dinner.
  19. I remember, but not much about the Hullabaloo clubs. There was one in a shopping center in North Ridgeville.
  20. Billy- U R right. Bob Hope was born in England in 1903 and move to Cleveland in 1907 at the age of four,Though he has always considered Cleveland as his home. On another note, I remember seeing the O'Jays and Eric Carmen in the Cleveland Christmas parade in the early 70's. I always thought the O'Jays were from Cleveland.
  21. I don't know much except that he is from the cleveland area. He just gave a solo performance at a local tavern in Rocky River which is the burbs west of Cleveland. I did not get the chance to check him out. He also plays for Gary Lewis and the Playboy's. There is a link on this site for Billy. Also...Just for your info- Gary is the son of Jerry Lewis the comedian.
  22. How about Inspector Clouseau (Peter Sellers) in the "Return of The Pink Panther" Movie. That always has me rolling on tne floor!
  23. Ay, sounds like I should break out the kilt!
