  3. The following was written in the English text that I was studying now. I think that missm and Wendy is interested in this. "Christmas in Japan has an on-again, off-again history that dates back more than 450 years. Now,Christmas is as big an event in Japan as it in much of the rest of the world, even if the Christian message behind the seasn is not as strong as in ather places. .................................... Japan’s first recorded Christmas occurred in a small church in Yagaguchi Prefecture,in 1552. A monk called Juan Fernandez told the Japanese believers about God. And the Japanese believers talked about the Creator and spent the night praising God. Fernandez was one of the monks who arrived in Japan with Francis Xavier, the 16th century missionary credited with spreading Christianity in Japan following his arrival in 1549. Japan soon closesd its doors to the world and Christmas basically disappeard. Cheistmas returned to Japan in the Meiji Era. Widespread celebration of Christmas only began about 100 years ago when Yuletide decorations like Christmas trees and lights began appearing in placec like Gnza and other fashionable districts in big cities. Santa Claus soon became well known. Now, uniquely Japanese Christmas traditions include Christmas cakes-----a tradition Fujiya started in 1911----expensive dates on Christmas Eve and eating Kentucky fried chiken!"

  8. Things of the past for a long time. A man proposed to me. He said. "Let's go to the United States together. " He planned to go to study to the United States. I worked from the morning to midnight every day as an editor in those days, and I had gotten exhausted very much. It was all feelings that I wanted to run away . Therefore, I was going to receive the propose. However, I noticed soon. I didn’t love him. Just only his proposal was attractive for me at that time. After all, he went to the United States alone. I sealed the country named the United States and English. I decided to forget. the United States and English became the symbolize of my "Insincerity" and "Cunning" and "Weakness.". After that, long time passed. I heard Eric's songs again. I thought that his song solved a seal of long time. "Now the pain have passed". And, I came here being led to his songs. “I feel my world spinning round so fast !!! " The one to whom I dedicate thanks is Eric. It’s my Thanksgiving story. Everybody, have a wonderful holiday!

  13. Quote:CONGRATS, AVENTURINE! or should I say, Eliza. :-) I thought him to be a very nasty and mean at the first time. He starts suddenly discussing the Japanese responsibility about second world war, and sarcasm "Why Can 't The English?" At that time, I thought "Just You Wait". However, I know his sincerity now. BTW,I wrote some books(as one of the writer) and so many atricles. But I'm not famous and rich. I'm just an freerance-writer for now. Then it's surely challenging.
