  5. Hey everyone. I know I've been absent for a while, but like anyone I enjoy a bit of shameless self promotion. I take it we enjoyed Guardians of the Galaxy, so if you're looking for more "nerd news", check out my YouTube channel series The Robotic Movie Project. News, comedy, reviews, stupid sh!t! Here's the latest episode highlighting Marvel's Phase 3 and the film The Inhumans! Thanks for indulging me, and as always keep rockin'!
  6. One of my goals is to go back packing through Lichtenstein. Should take me about forty five minutes.
  7. Let it be known that my client, as well as his legal representation, are of the most outstanding of moral character. Never let it be said that "they can be bought", because you don't need to say it, they most assuredly CAN.
  8. To Whom It May Concern, It has come to our attention that a calendar is in production that features our client, a Mr. Lewis J. Bundles, as one of your August feature photos. We ask as his "legal" representation that you cease and desist from using his name or likeness, in relation to this promotional campaign, It should be brought to your attention that Mr. Bundles has been retained and contracted to exclusively represent our company who manages the famous touring entertainment troupe, the Chubbydales. Anticipatory Thanks. Robb "Robot Shlomo/CaptainHarlock" G Partner; The Firm of Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe.
  9. Don't blame the Yankees for your teams failure to run their organization like a business. The Red Sox are a big market team with a huge payroll. Why isn't there equal rancor for them? Or the Braves, Mets, Dodgers. All I ever hear is "it's the Yankees fault". Well it's more than abundantly clear that there's a double standard and the Yankees are an easy scapegoat. That "bed" is lined with 26 world championships. I'm thinking they are sleeping pretty well.
  10. In all fairness, I'm in the New York area so no, I don't read the Chicago papers. Jerry, how many empty seats are there are Wrigley? Stop going to games and send the message that you're sick of losing.
  11. It's not like they built the stadium overnight. This was YEARS in the planning. Unfortunately the economy tanked and that was beyond their control. A lot of people like to say that the Yankees overspend. I'll concede that they spend a lot of money on payroll. However, I pose to you this; The Yankees pay into the "luxury tax" system. Last season they paid $26.8 million into the luxury tax pool. Now that money is supposed to help small market teams. Yet there's no rule in place that says those teams have to spend that money. If those small market teams don't do anything with the money who's at fault? You have a team like the Royals and the Kaufmans who say "you know what, I make good money on parking, concessions, I have a good cable contract, I get 35,000 a night, I do well on in game advertising. Why should I raise payroll and try to win a World Series when I can finish in fourth and make a profit?". How is that fair to the Yankees, Mets, Braves and even the Red Sox that a team like the Royals or the Padres gets to line their pockets with money that's intended to help them compete? Furthermore, you have a team like the Cubs who manages to put together a token run once a decade and teases their fans with the pipe dream of a championship and then fall apart because they only did a half ass job putting the team together? The Cubs are a big market team. Why aren't they vilified for their utter incompetence? The Yankees are running the team like a BUSINESS. If half the teams in the league ran it like a business maybe they'd be in contention. You can't have it both ways. There can't be rules to punish the Yankees or any other big market team while the small markets profit from them.
  12. Rolling Stone is not even a "music" publication anymore. They're more of a lifestyle magazine.
  13. I have Sony Vegas but to tell you the truth I took one look at the manual and said "uh, it's probably easier if I got an iMac". Sorry, wish I could be more help.
  14. I'll second Cheap Trick. T-Rex is another one that definitely should be there. Better yet, who's in the hall that really doesn't belong there? Madonna for one. And The Beastie Boys (rap is not music!!! of ANY kind!!).
  15. I am. I refuse to succumb to Steve Jobs digital distribution propaganda. When I met Lewis Black this past year it suddenly hit me, you can't get an MP3 autographed!
  16. Incidentally this is the same day that The Beatles Rock Band hits stores. As for the Capitol releases, I like the UK versions a lot more. I know a lot of people have fond memories of buying Meet The Beatles, but the UK releases are actually better and more coherent if that makes sense.
  17. If you haven't heard it yet, you can still check it out on iTunes or here... Reality Wasted: Episdoe 35 "Now You Know....".
  18. No, but there's a term for her; Grave robber! :p

  20. Lew is currently in an undisclosed location. Only the vice president and the attorney general know his whereabouts.
  21. I saw Watchmen today. I thought it's probably the best adaptation of a comic/graphic novel to date. I thought it was good. I never thought the graphic novel was this great masterpiece like everyone else I knew did, I thought it was a good story and that's about it. Anyway, I can't stand it when people take small children into the movies with them. There was a lady who had what must have been a one year old child with her. And a few rows in front of me were some kids about 4 or 5 years old. This is definitely not a movie for the wee ones.
