    What Jeff said. You've been on my mind through all of this, Jay. I lost my mother more than 11 years ago, and not a day goes by that I don't think of her. You're already on the big roller coaster ride, so just go with it - be good to yourself!! She's still with you...remember to be thankful for all that you have shared. Many hugs...many prayers....S*

    Gracias, gracias, gracias, Bernie. I got my hands on every copy of a pic from that shoot I possibly could...absolutely my favorite at the time. (I guess maybe it's the one version e saw, too.)

    Too bad the hat was worn out. Would be nice to see it for comparison's sake today. Heck, I looked all over for a similar version when the pic was released - love that hat!

    It's been a rough week and kind of rocky month...and you just made it much better. Thank you again, Bernie.

    Danny Seals was one of the nicest people I ever had the chance to meet...I consider myself lucky to have known him casually in the '70's and '80's. In addition to his wonderful talent, he was a caring man with a gentle, loving soul...a truly good person on all levels. He was an angel here on earth and my heart goes out to his friends and family.

    No, Miguelli, this is not wrong - this is the section for just this very thing...sharing music that we can all appreciate. Ditto what Marvin said.

    And ditto what Wendy said about humility and talent.

    I hope that this doesn't cause you too feel uneasy in any way...we are all friends and enjoy the talents and successes of other board members. Your songs are wonderful and I'm looking forward to hearing more.

    Vegas Anyone?

    I'll be in Vegas either the week of July 20 or July 27. It will be in honor (?) of a significant birthday I'm celebrating this summer. My girlfriend from Chicago (who went to the 'Berries show with me, I might add) celebrates hers around Labor Day so we're heading west for some fun.

    I hope that many of us can meet up then!! If my friend or I happen to win the lottery in a huge way, we're treating...until then, just consider yourselves invited to party with a couple of fun girls. :) I'll post when we finalize the dates.

    Any of you who get together before then, have a wonderful time. I'm there in spirit!
