  1. i can still remember putting that album on the turntable for the first time...it was different for an ec solo tune.... but when he started with those lyrics and that venom in his voice, i was "hooked" forever.... "spectorish" exactly popdude.....

  2. nice job EC...

yarborough seems like the type that criticise w/o research.... he probably has never listened to a razz or ec cd all the way through... it was popular to bash so he does....

don't sweat it eric, he does'nt get it and never will. you guys are opening eyes (and ears) 30 years after the fact and that speaks volumes about your talents...

are people going to be looking for his columns 30 years on???......i think not..

i was at the chicago show,it was the most incredible performance i have ever seen...

  3. baby sister & anniekny, i completely agree with you, and for the most part, that is how this web site has been over the years.

so why are we editing and attacking (telling him his opinions are'nt welcome here, he should post elsewhere) Lew'(bundles) posts, just because he is not a fan of "the boss"?????

i read his post, there have been 100's over the years worse than that!

yes i know bernie, wrong thread, (i promise to start a community bruce thread over the weekend)!

  4. good luck tim!

you've got more nerve than i do.....

if the crowd starts to turn ugly and you feel them closing in, just bite the head off of some small fury animal and i'm sure you will be back in their good graces.....???????????

  5. ..."bruce beats about anyone in concert".......

really marvin, you're starting to sound like a ten year old who got his favorite ballplayers autograph....

NOT IF YOU DONT LIKE THE MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!

and i would almost bet that from the years of posts that i have read on this board that we may have more non fans than fans....

  6. springsteen freak aside...

imho a berries' live cut is totally in order and bernie told me himself (in the chatroom one evening) he has a killer version of the boys doing badfingers "no matter what"...c'mon popdude/tony, thats got to sound like pop heaven to ya!

  7. james, not surprisingly, "hungry heart" is my favorite bruce song.

imho...."the rising" was weak and forced...as was paul mcartneys "freedom"... if we ever needed john lennon it was during 9/11...

as far as politics and music...much like politics and religion imho
