  1. Joe was buzzed when he did that...says he has a problem and is addressing it. I didn't know Suzy was married.
  2. All By Myself rap? I don't know about that --- after that girl just got done butchering it on American Idol, well, let's leave ABM alone.
  3. Make Me Lose Control shows up on the VH-1 classic from time to time. I think that is Eric's best video.
  4. Darlene -- Thanks for that interesting Belinda Carlisle story -- her and the Go-Go's are a cool band. If they come back around this way I'd go to see them again.
  5. Gord -- make sure you post that painting on the site when you are finished!
  6. Hey Gord --- I was lucky enough to meet Belinda Carlisle after a Go-Go's show in early 2001 -- for a girl in her 40's -- wow -- she is still as pretty as she was in the 80's.
  7. Would love to see them out of Olympic Stadium and back to something like Jarry Park! Them were the days.
  8. Can you imagine if the Expos were able to keep the so many players they have lost over the years? What talent they always seen to come up with. I was hoping my team, the Mets, were going to come up with the bucks for Guerrero, but nah, we don't need him, we got Cedeno and Perez for right field. Just great.
  9. Tony -- I think you mean "Come on Eileen" from the early days of MTV (1982?) -- think it was done by a band called Dexy's Midnight Runners or something like that.
  10. Steve -- hope you are feeling better. Health is number one -- without it we don't have much. I echo you wishing all on the board a HEALTHY and HAPPY New Year.

    Ringo/Santa

Check out Ringo on the Santa tracker -- http://www.noradsanta.org He is Santa's offical spokesman.
  12. A very happy holiday season to all on the board. Keep up the great work Bernie in 2004 --- thank you for all your efforts on this great web site.
  13. My first good laugh of the holiday -- thanks Tony. Keep up the good work!
  14. Go Bulldogs. Hey Gord, Hartford Wolfpack fan here. Formerly New Haven Nighthawk fan (team disbanded in the 90's). Hockey rocks!
  15. Dave -- which version? Eric's or Wilson/Reno's.
  16. Julie -- play him the entire Tonight You're Mine CD -- stay away from "My Heart Stops". The only thing that did for Eric was stop a hot streak.
  17. I'm not into country either, but I do remember hearing "Maybe My Baby" and I knew Louise Mandrell didn't write it! As for "As Long as We Got Each Other", I liked it --- it was right around the Hungry Eyes and MMLC period.
  18. Also around this same time period Eric worked with one of the Mandrell's and re-released the theme from Growing Pains "As long as we got each other" which was also on the country stations around here in the late 80's.
  19. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that Maybe My Baby was released by one of the Mandrell girls (maybe Barbara) and it was a hit on the country charts...sometime around 1986.
  20. Quick question: I thought Eric's Geffen release was not out until sometime in 1985. Julie, you reference 1984 -- just wondering -- am I wrong?
  21. Gord -- Bryan did a super job with "Spirit - Stallion of the Cimarron". I highly recommend the movie as well as Bryan's music.
