  1. Thanks Diane! You're a Peach! Got all 5! Of course, I did get fired, but it was so worth it!!!! Ok, I didn't get fired, lucky for me we're in the middle of this horrific blizzard and are running on a skeleton crew! Merry Christmas! Blessings, Julie
  2. Ok, dumb question. First, I'm at work, with my laptop which is a total no-no. I felt I had to do it because last year, by the time I got home at 10:30 all of the goodies were gone so I didn't get any! Anyway, I am having to be super-sneaky (and naughty!!!) and I'm having a heck of a time finding the goodies. My question is--are they all on the picture or are there some that are on the white part??? It's like, everything I click gives me Berry Mash. It's great of course, but when I hear of people finding 5 gifts, I get a little jealous. Anyway, I'll be toast if the head nurse discovers me!! So, help quickly if possible or leave the goodies here until at least midnight central time! Pretty please??!! Merry Christmas Blessings, Julie
  3. This is Bindy--she doesn't photograph well--she just shows up as eyes and teeth most of the time. She's gorgeous in person--she could do a Pantene commercial with her slinky, shiny black fur!
  4. This was Lucky--he was the nursing home therapy cat. He died 2 years ago--of the same thing my husband died of--hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Lucky really enjoyed his naps!
  5. Hey Wendy!!!! I did it!!!! Thank you!!!! They'll be no stopping me now!!! Julie
  6. This is Dobson (I hope!!!)
  7. Well, I guess I'm challenged at uploading photos myself! He's on my Facebook page. Wendy???!!!! HELP!!!! Lol! How the heck do I get the picture to just show up here without posting a link???

  9. I have this album so I know the answer. So, I won't spoil the fun! I like Louise's renditions--she did a good job and she's a real fan. Julie

Oh my. I've had a terrible time getting here! Lol! I was able to post and check in the other day, but today, it's being difficult! Anyway, I'm using a pic that my husband took of me a couple of years ago, but it seems rather "pix-ily". Can that be cleared up? Thanks! Julie
  13. Golly! This is exciting!! I can't think of anything that hasn't already been mentioned (except spell-check?! Lol!)
  14. Please give them a big <<<HUG>>> from me! Blessings, Julie

  17. Wow Chris! I'm totally impressed!!! I'm no music critic--I know nada about production and all that stuff--I just know what I like and I really, really love your stuff! I had no idea that you did this--maybe I've been under a rock. Great harmonies, awesome vocals, very Beatle-ee in my book! Thanks for the ear candy! Blessings, Julie
  18. Thank you Muzza--that was very beautifarul. I started working in long-term care in 1991 and so I got "used" to people dying for a time. Then, our social worker got a little round table and put a cloth on it, a red silk rose and a box and some paper and a pen. She put it in a nook in a hallway at the nursing home whenever someone died. The employees were encouraged to write their goodbyes or a memory, or anything else they wanted to share on the paper and put them in the box. The box was presented to the family a couple of weeks after the loss. Bless you for what you give, Muzza. Julie
  19. Oh Danny--I am so very sorry to hear this. I know what a shock it is to lose someone suddenly--I'm a year and a month into it and I'm still in shock. Without God, my church family, my friends and grief support groups, I would be totally lost. Your friend needs you now and will need you in the coming months even more. The best advice I can give someone is to talk about the loss and talk about the daughter and your memories of her. A lot of people are uncomfortable with this and think if they bring it up they will make the person sad--but in reality, it's just the opposite. To act as if that person never existed is the worst thing anyone can do (unless the family specifically asks not to talk about it). It's much sadder to think that your loved one is not thought of by others. My heart goes out to all of you. Please know that you'll be in my prayers and my thoughts. Blessings, Julie
  20. Chris--so very sorry to hear about the loss of your precious kitty. It is so hard. Since I lost my husband, my 2 kitties have pretty much become my "world". I have one snoozing at my feet right now. They have "forced" me to get on with my life--made me get out of bed to take care of them when all I wanted to do was hide in bed all day and die. Our animals are very precious and I know that you and your family will be comforted by all of the great memories of times spent with Mandy. I'm sure she felt love every day of her life. Blessings, Julie
  21. I can't really help you, but I can understand your frustration! I got an iTouch yesterday and can't get it to connect on the internet! I don't know if I'm just too old to understand or if it just doesn't make sense!!!! I did Google some of the problems and found a website that might be helpful for solving our problems--I just haven't had time yet to work on it! Here's a link to the site: iTouch Help Site Julie
